The Match Beyond

If you been following the news on here and several various sites have reported Cody have trademarked the title "The Match Beyond"...    Also seen where some are saying the WWE is upset of this being Trademarked...    With Cody set to make an announcement this weekend and speculation he will announce this...

First what are your thoughts of  this trademark and possiblity of this event/match??
Next who should be in it since it normally 8/10 man submit or surrender,  who should be in such a match?? 
Right now my feeling it might be the Elite- The Bucks, Omega, Page, and Cody vs the Inner Circle- Jericho, Sammy, Hager, Santana and Ortiz ..

That sounds about right as far as the participants.  Just curious why WWE would be upset.
